I have been painting watercolors, acrylics and oils for over 30 years. Using a combination of the actual objects and photos gave me the information I needed to complete a painting. The impresionistic paintings are free and spontaneous.
Soon after grabbing my first camera I got the photo bug. I was witnessing events in nature that could not be improved upon by a painting. I have used an Arca Swiss F-1 4x5 and Hasselblad 501 CM in the past. Now I enjoy the convenience of digital.
